At your convenience, you now have the ability to:

Registering at home with your patient portal PIN:

  1. Log into the portal address as noted in the PIN letter from our office.
  2. Select ‘Register Now’ at the left side of the website.
  3. Select ‘Register w/ PIN’.
  4. Accept the registration consent form.
  5. Follow the steps to create a new portal account & ‘Save’.
  6. Select the button ‘I have a PIN from my own chart and I have been seen here before or have an appointment.’
  7. Select ‘Next’.
  8. Select ‘Verify’ to verify your identity.
