Please call the front desk to schedule an appointment for your children’s flu shots.

On the day of your flu vaccine appointment, please enter in the lobby to check in with the front desk.
If you or your child has fever, respiratory symptoms or COVID concerns please reschedule the flu shot.

Adult flu vaccinations will be in by October 1.
Please call the office to schedule a flu shot as we will not be holding a flu clinic for adults.
