With more than 30 years serving the Tri-City area, Salmon Falls is one of the last privately-owned family practices remaining in New Hampshire. We are proud of our independence. Through the years, we have worked hard to offer top quality healthcare provided by family doctors and nurse practitioners who care deeply about their community and the patients they serve. We strive to be a good neighbor by treating patients in our newly built, Energy Star Certified facility, leaving a smaller carbon footprint for generations to come.
